Libby Jury Has Senior Moment of Their Own

The jury in the Libby Trial are in deliberations after Tuesday's closing arguments. Their decision of guilt or innocence hinges on the question as to whether Scooter Libby lied to the Special Persecutor, or simply remembered the facts differently than several witnesses, none of whom were particularly convincing in regard to the quality of their memories.

Now we have evidence of how well the jury remembers things. If they can't keep the witnesses straight after a week, I wonder if they can convict someone for forgetting the details of the conversation after three years.
